The objectives are

The GreenViDialogue project aims to empower young people to actively engage in climate action through the use of participatory visual methods and dialogue. Through workshops and activities, the project seeks to deepen young people’s understanding of climate change, enhance the skills of youth workers, and encourage co-creation in the design of sustainable solutions. In short, GreenViDialogue seeks to turn young people into effective change agents in the fight against climate change.

  • Sensitize youth on European climate strategies and train them with video-making tools for climate action and political participation.
  •  Enhance the skills of youth workers to promote youth climate activism through media pedagogies and participatory video-dialogue tools.
  •  Adopt a youth-led participatory approach through co-creation methods.
  • Increase cross-sectoral and transnational cooperation to foster inclusive climate action and youth political participation.

Project outputs

The GreenViDialogue project aims to empower young people to lead action against climate change. Through trainings, digital tools and events, it seeks to engage more than 300,000 people in the climate fight. The project promotes dialogue and content creation to strengthen the connection between policy, research and climate action, driving behavioral changes towards a sustainable future.

During its 24-month lifetime

The project has succeeded in developing a wide range of resources and tools to empower youth in climate action and political participation. These include an expert panel, a youth worker curriculum, an electronic toolkit, a mobile app and a digital showroom. In addition, sixty participatory videos on climate action and dialogue have been produced. Events and training sessions have been organized, and a social media awareness campaign has been conducted. All these efforts have reached more than 300,000 people and have contributed to strengthening youth engagement in the fight against climate change.
