The objectives are
MINDWORK will address the mental health challenges faced by individuals of all ages from different EU countries, particularly trainees, employees & employers dealing with cross-border mobility. The overall aim is to contribute, with the help of VET practitioners, to the creation of mentally healthy work environments that prioritize diversity, inclusion & the overall wellbeing of all workers. Using green digital resources, we will promote coping strategies for mental wellbeing in the workplace.
Project outputs
The 3 partners will produce:
1 Project Management and Implementation Report & 1 Green Hybrid Conference Sharing, Promotion, and Exploitation Strategies Kit
1 Digital Compendium for Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace
Action Plans for Diversity and Inclusion Practices
The MINDWORK Results will be open source, digitally based, available in 3 languages (English, Spanish and German) and downloadable from partner websites, social media pages and Community of Practice on EPALE.
During its 15-month lifetime
Over the 15 months of the project, the partners willimplement 3 main activities:
