Capacity Building and Training

We empower individuals and organizations by offering a range of programmes that include personal and professional context analysis, awareness raising activities and the delivery of courses specifically targeted to their reality and needs. We also seek local institutional support for the implementation of sustainable lifelong learning initiatives.

Coaching

Our certified coaches design and develop personal and business coaching programs to help you achieve your goals. Areas of work: self-awareness, self-confidence, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, limiting beliefs, addictions, nutrition and health patters.

Mentoring

Through mentoring, a transfer of knowledge and advice is provided on a one-to-one basis, based on the mentor's experience. The mentee needs to learn from someone who knows about a particular subject and therefore seeks advice. We offer continuous support to vulnerable groups in a safe environment and provide accurate feedback based on mutual trust and a common set of values.

Project Management

We manage international projects and provide project management training programs based on wide widely used project management methodologies such as AGILE and the Project Management Institute. We strengthen the management skills of our trainees and increase their chances of integration into the labor market.

EU Programs

Our centralised project management office (PMO) work with expert local companies all along their project life cycles. We help them defining and funding their project, building a strong consortium of partners with experienced organizations in the framework of European Union programs and finally, we get involve the execution of the project if needed.
